This coffee is produced from micro-lots of small farmers in the La Paz region. At 1900 meters high, this humid forest climate is dominated by pine trees and creates unique soil conditions for growing interesting coffee.  In the cup, there are notes of dulce de leech, juicy cherries, and a chocolatey finish.

All of our coffees are roasted to order.  Each order is roasted within 2-3 days and shipped within a day of roasting.  For Instore Pickup at the Roastery, select the option at checkout.  We will contact you to schedule a pickup at your convenience.  Since we roast everything to order and don't necessarily hold regular hours, we ask for a day's notice before pickup.
