This coffee is farmed by producers in the region of Santa Ana in Apaneca, Llamatepeq.  The coffees that are grown in these areas are mostly bourbon and pacas.  The coffee is then milled at Cafe Tuxpal; owned and managed by Federico Pacas, who is well known for his meticulous sourcing and care for milling.  In the up, we taste notes of cherry, pomegranate, and caramel, with a sweet, pleasant finish.
