This coffee comes from the Buenos Aires farm in the Santa Ana region. Produced in coordination with the J. Hill family and Aida Batlle, this coffee is farmed with meticulous care that really comes through in each cup.  Naturally processed, this is a fruit-forward coffee with ripe berry notes that leap out up front.  Sweet, honey, butterscotch, and caramel balance out all the acidity and brightness that leads to a well-rounded, nuanced coffee.
