We pay special attention to sourcing quality decaf coffees with exceptional characteristics. Relaxed, easy, and approachable, our decaf coffees are versatile, and great for most coffee brewing styles. Fidel Paz runs the organic and fair trade cooperative in the Santa Bárbara region of Honduras. This decaf coffee uses the Mountain Water Process that is free of all chemical solvents and uses just water to decaffeinate. This coffee has a ton of versatility and is a true crowdpleaser working well with all preparation methods. In the cup, we taste a deep toasted sugar sweetness, lingering cocoa, and a balanced, gentle berry acidity.

All of our coffees are roasted to order.  Each order is roasted within 2-3 days and shipped within a day roasting.  For Instore Pickup at the Roastery, select the option at checkout.  We will contact you to schedule a pickup at your convenience.  Since we roast everything to order and don't necessarily hold regularly hours, we ask for a day's notice before pickup.
